Onze appartementen zijn gelegen in Puerto Rico op het meest zuidelijke puntje van Gran Canaria met jaarrond strandweer!
Dichtbij de baai, met diverse winkelcentra, restaurants, terrassen en barretjes.
Leuke uitstapjes naar de diverse plaatsen of de hoofdstad Las Palmas.
Voor de natuurliefhebbers starten hier diverse wandelroutes door de bergen en bezoek
ook eens de noordkant van het eiland met de prachtige natuur!

Een maand of langer verblijven?
We hanteren dan een maandprijs van € 800,00
Wilt u verblijven voor minimaal 1 maand vanaf 01.05.2019 tot 01.11.2019
U betaald dan een maandprijs van €600,00
Voor november en december 2019 hanteren wij het tarief van € 50 per nacht.

Vanaf 04.01.2020 tot 28.03.2020 is inmiddels volgeboekt.
Wacht dus niet te lang met boeken wanneer u in het volgende winter seizoen wilt verblijven!

Winter, cold, rain and snow? On Gran Canaria winter does not exist!
Are you also already tired of the winter and you like to go away of it cheap, then we have the solution for you!
Our appartments are situated in Puerto Rico the most south part of Gran Canaria with yearround beach weather!
Close to the bay, with several big shoppingcentres, restaurants, terraces and bars.
From here you can go to many differents towns or the capital Las Palmas.
For the naturelovers from Puerto Rico its possible to do different hike routes trough
the mountains. Also don’t forget to visit the north side of the island with the beautiful nature!
